How we work
We are a residential electrician in Woodbridge with a particular interest in lighting: how a room is lit decides how it feels, and most of the decisions that matter are made before the drywall goes on. So we spend time at the start. We walk the rooms with you, talk about how they are used in the evening, and draw the layout before anything is cut.
The electrical behind the lighting gets the same attention. Circuits are sized to the Ontario Electrical Safety Code, the notification to the Electrical Safety Authority is filed for work that needs it, and every circuit is tested under load before we leave. A panel directory that matches what is actually connected is part of finishing.
What you can expect
- A written scope before work starts, and a conversation before it changes.
- Fixtures, dimmers and controls chosen to work together, not just to fit the hole.
- ESA notification and inspection on work that requires it, as part of the job.
- A tidy site, a labelled panel and lighting that does what we said it would.
Licensing in Ontario
Electrical contracting in Ontario requires an ECRA/ESA licence, and contractors are required to display their licence number. Ask any contractor for it before work begins. Ours is shown in the footer of this site once the launch details are complete.
